Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and individualized care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform dialysis procedures as needed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
