Role: MRI Technologist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: 75th Street

Job Summary:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier patient care within our advanced imaging facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to operate a magnetic resonance imaging scanner to capture images utilized by physicians for diagnosing and treating patients across all age groups. This will involve conducting MRI examinations using GE equipment while upholding the highest safety standards for our patients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and storing equipment properly, guiding patients through their exams, and meticulously logging and documenting relevant information.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must have graduated from an accredited radiologic program and hold a certification in MR (ARRT). A New York State License is required, and a New York State DOH IV injection license is preferred.

A minimum of two years of MRI scanning experience is essential, with preference given to candidates with experience using GE and Siemens scanners.

Flexibility in working hours, along with excellent organizational and communication skills, is vital.
