  • Lead a team of Physical Therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to drive business growth and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
