Job Summary

SRL Total Source LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, office spaces, stairwells, elevator, lobby, and conference room on a regular schedule
  • Collect and dispose of trash from all rooms and designated areas
  • Restroom fixtures, metal chrome surfaces, doorplates, water closets, urinals, washbasins, shower stalls, drinking fountains, mirrors, shelving, and dispensers must be cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner and maintained to a high standard
  • Drinking fountains must be clean and free from encrustation with no mineral buildup
  • Office spaces, including private and shared offices, conference rooms, quiet room, copy/supply, and research lab, must be free of dust, dirt, debris, carpet stains, trash, streaks, and smudges
  • Carpeted areas and molding must be clean and free of dust balls, visible dirt, and other debris
  • Vacuuming and spot cleaning must be done at a frequency specified in the manufacturer's recommendations to prolong wear
  • Glass doors must be clean and free of fingerprints, obvious dirt, dust, grime, streaks, cloudiness, and smudges
  • Corner, crevices, molding, and ledges must be free of dust
  • Appliances must be cleaned as needed to be free of dirt, grime, encrustation, smudges, streaks, and fingerprints
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience
  • High School diploma
  • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Able to perform physical duties including standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects up to 30lbs
  • OSHA Knowledge
