Job Summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to the AC/S for Operations (G3) and facilitate key battle rhythm events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Key Battle Rhythm Events: Coordinate and execute key events to ensure seamless operations.
  • Information Management: Perform critical information management functions in the Command and Control Information Environment (C2IE).
  • Training and Exercises: Assist in the management of the Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP).
  • Global Force Management: Perform Global Force Management (GFM) tasks, including responding to GFM Allocation Plan (GFMAP) modifications and conducting Request for Forces (RFF) actions.
  • Deployment Planning: Assist Marine forces deployment planning in the Force Management Tool (FMT) and the Joint Training Tool (JTT).
  • Document Management: Assist in document management and the proper preservation of records.
  • Fiscal Planning: Assist in fiscal planning and budgeting.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the G3 as required.
  • Travel Support: Review official travel authorizations and vouchers as a DTS Routing Official.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.
  • Skills: Possesses U.S. Citizenship, a valid U.S. Driver's License, and a valid U.S. tourist passport. Possesses a U.S. Secret or higher-level clearance. Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the United States and the EUCOM and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
  • Communication: Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to brief senior military leaders.
  • Technical Skills: Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
