Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance, with the capability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • Over four years of experience in system administration, ideally within a cloud-native environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS/C2S).
  • Proficient in Linux operating system administration.
  • Experience in application and infrastructure deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to secure and maintain Privileged User Access (PUA) on the client's network.
  • Experience in hardware maintenance aligned with security protocols.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages for system administration.
  • A proven track record of proactive learning and innovative problem-solving.
  • Capability to evaluate and determine optimal, cost-effective solutions for infrastructure and application deployment needs.
  • A willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly acquiring new skills as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant experience supporting military or intelligence community clients, showcasing progressive technical growth and mission-driven results.
  • Experience in supporting data team operations.
  • An interest in data science, engineering, or machine learning.
  • Background in system administration within an on-premises, air-gapped setting.
  • Experience in configuring and optimizing storage and networking solutions.
  • A desire to learn or experience in:
    • Deploying and maintaining Kubernetes applications
    • DevOps and MLOps methodologies
    • IT automation tools (e.g., SaltStack, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Familiarity with virtualization and distributed file systems, such as Hadoop, in both development and production contexts.
  • Experience with version control and project management tools like git, svn, or JIRA.
  • Professional certifications in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs and related appliances.
