Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hotel Associate - Pet Care Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch care to our canine and feline guests, including feeding, exercise, and playtime. You'll also be the face of our hotel, greeting pet owners and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to pets, including feeding, exercise, and playtime
  • Greet pet owners and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with pet check-in and check-out processes
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in pet care or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
