About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at At Home Therapies. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
