Passes is seeking a highly qualified Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead our legal strategy and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll advise on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance, and provide counsel to executive leadership on legal risks and opportunities.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the company's legal strategy and advising on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, especially those related to digital platforms and intellectual property.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and support the company's long-term strategic goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a senior legal executive, preferably within a technology or digital media company.
  • Expertise in corporate governance, contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, flexible work environment, and opportunities for remote work.
