Position: Resource Specialist in Special Education
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Resource Specialist in Special Education within our educational institution. This position is a contractual role that provides competitive weekly compensation.
- Contract duration is approximately until the end of the school year.
- Resource Specialist required for diverse student needs.
- Caseloads will be discussed during the interview process.
- Must possess an active state license and relevant certifications.
- Adaptive certification is mandatory.
- Compensation starts at $35 per hour, based on experience.
- Weekly payment structure.
- Full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
- Evaluating students' abilities and educational needs.
- Customizing lesson plans to cater to individual student requirements.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress.
- Creating, revising, and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Valid State Special Education License.
- Experience in an Adaptive classroom setting.
- Background in working with students with Intellectual Disabilities.
