  • Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments of project calculations and outputs.
  • Assist in the development of construction documentation for fall protection systems.
  • Collaborate with design teams to guarantee precise document generation.
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering design calculations.
  • Engage with clients and participate in project discussions.
  • Lead internal teams, establishing priorities and timelines for project delivery.
  • Enhance technical expertise through ongoing training opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel to various project sites across the country.
  • Ability to analyze and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Understanding of OSHA/ANSI fall protection regulations.
  • Eligibility to undergo background checks and drug screenings.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory; Structural Engineer (SE) license is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
