Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Rear Load Driver to join our team at Rumpke Waste and Recycling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a rear load truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables to our disposal sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a rear load truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and reliable waste collection and disposal services.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, deliveries, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to waste collection and disposal.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
