Job Summary

As a Chemical Process Operator at Della Infotech Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong understanding of chemical processes and a keen eye for detail to monitor and control the production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and supervisory personnel to identify and resolve conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Operate and maintain chemical processes and systems, including panel boards, control boards, and automatic equipment.
  • Monitor and record operating data, including process conditions and instrument readings, to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Confer with maintenance, engineering, and other auxiliary personnel to correct equipment malfunctions and adjust power, steam, water, or air supplies as needed.
  • Inspect and operate Utility Equipment, such as towers, boilers, chillers, and scrubbers, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Calculate material requirements or yields according to formulas as directed.
