Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team at the Department of Health and Human Services. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to children and adolescents in our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and emergency dental care to pediatric patients, including examinations, cleanings, and restorations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the unique oral health needs of children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry and incorporate evidence-based practices into your care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure to practice dentistry in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
  • Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
