About the Role

The After School Team plays a vital part in our school community, carrying out essential duties for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will oversee Middle and High School students in indoor and outdoor activities, maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students.

You will also:

  • Plan and organize engaging after-school activities
  • Assist students with homework and provide academic support
  • Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment
  • Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during after-school hours
  • Develop and implement activity plans to promote student engagement and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
