Job Description

Duration of Training: 3 years - possible reduction

Your Tasks:

  • Acceptance of orders and control of documents
  • Complaint processing, correspondence and appointment coordination
  • Disposition, monitoring and control of national and international container transports
  • Invoice and credit note control
  • Customer and supplier support
  • Teamwork in individual departments and collaboration with other departments
  • Coordination of work processes and scheduling
  • Communication with customers, drivers and forwarding companies
  • Accompaniment and control of business processes along the logistics chain
  • Recording of all relevant data using in-house processing software

Your Profile:

  • Good intermediate school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification
  • Interest in forwarding and business management relationships
  • Secure handling of MS Office
  • Team-oriented and responsible way of working
  • Communication skills, determination and a high level of motivation and flexibility
