Position Summary

• Engage in progressive assembly of components and sub-assemblies in alignment with established methods and sequences.
• Perform various tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machinery, and conducting quality inspections.

• Contribute to quality management systems by delivering high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in various areas as needed.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts and hoists is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to solve routine problems effectively.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and a willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of business processes are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to perform tasks in diverse environments.

Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this position include:
• Regularly standing, using hands, talking, and hearing.
• Frequently walking, reaching, and bending.
• Occasionally sitting and lifting up to 80 pounds with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities are necessary for this role.
