As a pivotal member of the Memphis Goodwill team, the Janitorial Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of janitorial services. This role involves managing and guiding the custodial staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with all contractual obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise and mentor janitorial personnel, ensuring effective training and performance evaluation.
2. Guarantee adherence to contract specifications and safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
3. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.
4. Assist in the hiring process and manage employee schedules and timekeeping.
5. Provide hands-on support to the cleaning staff as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
6. Evaluate cleaning methods and materials to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in various settings, including offices and restrooms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
