Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare meat products according to company specifications
- Operate and maintain equipment, including slicers, grinders, and wrappers
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide product recommendations
- Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a meat cutting or processing environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent customer service skills
