At Midas, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our customers' vehicles. As an automotive technician, you'll be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks, including tire and brake services, car heating and air conditioning, and engine diagnostics. You'll work independently, but also collaborate with peers as needed. Our full-service facility is looking for skilled technicians to help us achieve success. Responsibilities include:

* Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues using state-of-the-art computer systems
* Performing tire and brake services, including tire repair and replacement
* Maintaining and repairing car heating and air conditioning systems
* Inspecting and repairing steering and suspension systems
* Diagnosing and repairing engine cooling systems, batteries, and starting systems
* Performing oil changes and visual safety inspections

Qualifications include:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
* High personal productivity and attention to detail
* Knowledge of safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
* Experience using shop equipment, such as lifts, tire changing equipment, and scan tools
* High School Diploma or equivalent, technical degree a plus
* State-specific auto repair certifications
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to service both foreign and domestic vehicles

Compensation: $62,000 - $93,600 per year
