Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer quality specifications and devise tailored quality control action plans.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure adherence to both customer and internal quality standards. This includes conducting inspections at various stages, such as incoming, in-process, and final product evaluations, utilizing non-destructive testing methods when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and records as required.
- Support quality control training initiatives.
- Oversee the creation, organization, and upkeep of various documentation and record types.
- Assist in the evaluation of vendors and suppliers.
- Facilitate communication regarding quality issues with suppliers and technical teams.
- Contribute to the development of organizational procedures and work instructions.
- Help coordinate the tool calibration process.
- Manage training and maintenance of the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system.
- Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some post-secondary education or vocational training related to manufacturing.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
