About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary therapy team to deliver high-quality care to our patients and residents. You will have the opportunity to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance, and other areas, and will receive ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
