Barista Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Viejas Casino. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality beverages and snacks.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos.
• Operate coffee urns, espresso machines, and other kitchen equipment to brew coffee, tea, and chocolate.
• Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Rotate inventory and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler's card required.
• RASS or TIPS Certification of alcohol awareness program must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work in a high-pressure setting while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
