Dishroom Attendant

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Change water and store dish chemicals properly to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Set up and organize dish racks to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
