Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care

- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document patient information and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- 1 year of current experience as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- BSN degree required
- Previous travel experience preferred
