- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to fulfill project goals while maintaining robust relationships. Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status through effective communication channels.
- On-site Management: Supervise installation and commissioning processes on-site, ensuring compliance with high-quality and safety standards.
- Showroom Operations: Support the sales team in maintaining and enhancing showroom displays, ensuring they are in excellent condition. Facilitate product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Team Leadership: Lead the technical support team, focusing on performance assessments and nurturing the professional development of junior staff through mentorship and training programs.
- Market Awareness: Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to sustain a competitive edge.
- Training Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, continuously updating materials to align with market and technological advancements. Organize and lead training sessions for team members and clients.
- Event Planning: Strategically plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to effectively showcase our products and services.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support within the LED display or A/V project sectors.
- Proven experience in customer training, with the capability to independently develop and deliver training programs.
- 5+ years of experience in managing technical support/service teams is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, sales teams, and technical personnel.
- Experience in project management and exhibition coordination within the A/V staging sector, particularly with LED products, is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, exhibitions, and promotional events.
