Job Description: As an Optical Sales Associate at LensCrafters, you will be responsible for delivering sales plans and company objectives. You will cultivate existing customer relationships, build new ones, and recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on optical prescriptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, 1+ year experience in retail or customer service, familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators. Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
