Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Na Hoaloha Ekolu. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of our menu to make recommendations and upsell items.
  • Manage tables effectively, ensuring that every guest receives their food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience working in customer service and/or the food service industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu knowledge and wine service.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
