Your Responsibilities

As a Travel LPN, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate care to residents across multiple locations\
  • Administering medications or treatments as ordered\
  • Documenting resident interactions and outcomes\
  • Ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of residents\
  • Collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals and the public\
  • Responding to emergent situations and evaluating data to inform care decisions\
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors\
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge\
  • Meeting the physical and mental demands of the role, including working varying shifts and adapting to changing circumstances\
  • Complying with regulatory requirements and organizational policies\
  • Fostering a positive and respectful work environment\
  • Prioritizing the needs and dignity of residents and their families\
  • Supporting the mission and values of the Good Samaritan Society\\-

Your Qualifications

\

To succeed in this role, you must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN at another facility. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
