We compete at the highest level in regional tournaments, providing players with exceptional training and competitive opportunities. As a coach, you will play a vital role in shaping young athletes, fostering their skills, and guiding them towards success both on and off the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching instruction to players aged 11u to 17u.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance player performance.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding player progress and team updates.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a baseball coach at the travel or competitive level.
  • Strong understanding of baseball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for developing young athletes and fostering their love for the game.
Compensation:

Competitive pay rate commensurate with experience.
