Job Overview

The Project Management Specialist will play a key role in facilitating effective support of the leadership team at Aramark's In2Work program. This position will focus on assisting in defining, leading, and tracking projects, ensuring deliverables are on-track and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key resources and provide direction to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and facilitate required deliverables for project teams.
  • Manage administrative aspects for the team while driving execution of key deliverables.
  • Execute communications to the field for regular process updates and changes.
  • Facilitate effective communication and support across the team and with relevant stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Perform ad-hoc data or financial analysis.

Requirements
  • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with others.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or a related field.
  • Ability to use multiple problem-solving tools and techniques to anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Ability to perform sophisticated analytical studies and draw sound conclusions.
  • Capability of working independently with supervision.

Preferred residence in Tampa or Orlando, FL
