Bridal Fashion Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bridal Stylist to join our team at Bridal Atelier Montclair. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and helping brides find their perfect wedding gown.

• Work directly with brides in sales appointments to find their ideal wedding dress
• Maintain a comprehensive client database with all relevant client information
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our inventory and customization options through product knowledge sessions and individual study
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through our bridal process
• Answer inquiries and schedule bridal appointments using our boutique software
• Contribute to the success of our trunk shows and in-store events by helping to merchandise and promote our products
• Interface with designer reps for gown requests and customizations
• Assist with social media content creation and curation
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and select weekdays

• Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or bridal sales with a proven sales record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team player setting
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional client experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
