Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
