Job Responsibilities
  • Review and assess credit requests in terms of personal and material creditworthiness, evaluating locations with specific usage concepts and assessing risk potentials for involved financing partners
  • Participate in meetings with clients and consortium partners, developing possible financing parameters, including consortium financing and term sheets
  • Analyze real estate projects, coordinate consortium financing, prepare credit proposals, and evaluate financing concepts and business plans for real estate
  • Work with external consultants (appraisers, specialized lawyers, etc.)
