Demolition Worker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Demolition Worker to join our team at Coastal Mountain Home Buyers. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for executing diverse tasks with precision, prioritizing the safety of the work environment, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Operate heavy equipment and machinery, utilizing physical strength and hand-eye coordination to execute tasks.
  • Collaborate with the crew to mobilize tools and equipment to job sites, adhering to safety specifications.
  • Direct the crew to complete job site progress reports and safety meetings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements, working closely with supervisors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License and experience driving trucks with trailers.
  • Experience using power tools, including hammers, pry bars, hand drills, and power tools.
  • Personal tools, such as hammers, screwdrivers, measuring tapes, and drills, are a plus.
  • Concrete cutting and/or equipment experience is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Lee & Collier Counties.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
  • Ability to work in outdoor and indoor working conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly, depending on experience.
