The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on managing and supporting virtual desktop environments, implementing system upgrades, and providing end-user support. Proficiency with MS Active Directory, MS O365, Exchange Online, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support virtual desktop environments, ensuring high availability and performance for end-users (Citrix, AVD, AWS Workspaces).
  • Provide support for critical back-office applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal functionality (O365, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, SAP GUI).
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network printers and related devices.
  • Patch management: Implement and manage patch management processes to ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency within the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a system administration role.
  • Proficient with MS Active Directory, MS O365, Exchange Online, GPOs, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS Workspaces, and iGEL devices.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies or project management experience.
  • Basic network troubleshooting involves identifying and resolving connectivity issues to ensure smooth communication within an organization.
