RN - Ambulatory Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team at Covenant Children's Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care and support to patients and families in the ambulatory care setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in New Mexico or Texas.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
