- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current license or temporary license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist-Generalist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist-Specialist
- ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
This position requires working in a patient care area, with exposure to blood, body fluids, and tissue. The incumbent must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
