Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage various aspects of restaurant operations, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and atmosphere.
  • Assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely compensation and satisfactory service.
  • Participate in the selection and training of Front of House and Back of House employees.
  • Manage employee performance, with a focus on Front of House staff, to ensure individual success and team cohesion.
  • Contribute to general business administration, including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Promote the business, drive sales growth, and maintain brand integrity.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Successful completion of food safety and sanitation training.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and operational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
