Position Overview:
As a Mobile Banking Specialist at Banner Corp, you will serve as a versatile teller/banker, providing essential support across various retail branch locations within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:
At each branch, you will deliver outstanding service to clients, representing the Bank and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client transactions.

Your role will involve assisting clients in reaching their financial objectives by proactively recommending Bank products and services. Please note that your work location may change daily, necessitating travel between branches.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of teller experience, including sales experience with set targets.
- Strong organizational abilities; foundational skills in mathematics, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with proper phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities; outstanding customer service orientation.
