Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, integration, implementation, and support of SAP-related solutions tailored to our client's business needs.

  • Possess experience in designing and configuring the SAP SD module and Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including end-to-end implementations in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Coordinate with offshore development teams and engage third-party vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the utilization of Capgemini tools.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, including SLA management, incident hygiene, problem management, change management, and minor enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of comprehensive experience in SAP SD, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 3 full lifecycle implementations with a focus on Order to Cash (OTC).
  • Knowledge of architecture, testing, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, business knowledge, and technical solution design.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across various delivery landscapes, including Agile applications development, support, and deployment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with client service and technical writing capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of related SAP areas, with exposure to associated modules and leading third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective verbal, email, and incident updates.
  • Quality assurance experience, including support for functional testing.
  • Any SAP certifications are advantageous.
