Grange Insurance Association is seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing document generation solutions using Oracle Documaker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Design & Development: Develop, customize, and maintain document templates using Oracle Documaker tools.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Documaker to support specific business processes and requirements.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support for Documaker applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system upgrades.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop test cases and conduct thorough testing to validate document templates and system integrations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that document generation solutions adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience with software development.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Oracle Documaker.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Documaker Designer, Documaker Studio, and Documaker Server.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
