Job Summary

Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
  • Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants and other healthcare staff
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for working with the aging population and providing compassionate care
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Shift differential: $2.00 per hour for PM shifts and $1.00 per hour for NOC shifts
