Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AOG Logistics Analyst to join our team at Republic Airways. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Maintenance and Supply Chain functions with critical part requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and fulfill variable demands that impact our operation, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft parts and materials.
  • Initiate purchase orders, expedite existing orders, and coordinate logistics to meet immediate and future requirements.
  • Provide 24/7 first response to Maintenance and Maintenance Control on AOG material requirements, analyzing and recommending the most cost-effective and time-efficient means of movement.
  • Optimize line allocations to ensure maximum material coverage and support operational reliability goals for rotable, repairable, expendable, and critically stocked items.
  • Provide accurate and timely analytics and metrics to inform business decisions regarding critical parts.
  • Coordinate with contracted maintenance providers to solve aircraft discrepancies and plan parts requirements for overnight maintenance tasks.
  • Review inventory levels, restock critical parts, and coordinate the movement of aircraft engines.
  • Verify accuracy of requested parts, identify cross-reference and interchangeable parts, and consult Engineering for approval.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years of experience in airline industry or supply chain may be substituted.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and dashboards.
  • Ability to analyze cost drivers, develop cost reduction strategies, and define problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, to support 24-hour operations.
