Required Qualifications:

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Adherence to safety standards, particularly when handling hot beverages
  • Organizational skills and efficiency in task execution
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
  • Proactive in monitoring and restocking supplies to minimize downtime
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a service role
  • Background in hospitality is advantageous
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
