Painter

The Blue Collar Recruiter is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for bringing color and vibrancy to our clients' spaces.

• Measure and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Identify and select the perfect paint colors and finishes to match our clients' visions.
• Assist with carpentry tasks, including installing and repairing trim, windows, and doors.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
• Repair and finish drywall surfaces to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our company's high standards.

• Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance are preferred.

• Prolonged periods of standing and painting, with the ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
• Adequate balance and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Ability to distinguish among colors and maintain a high level of visual acuity.
