About the Role:

We are a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, and we are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and create specifications for customer requirements.
• Manage project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
• Implement lessons learned from previous projects to improve future project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
