Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring coordination and continuity of care
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of patient care
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an LPN in the state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment, including feeding pumps, oxygen, and medication carts
  • Ability to calculate drug dosages and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
