Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Neuro Medical Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Neuro Medical Unit environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a Neuro Medical Unit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
