**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily accounts payable processes, compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, and maintaining records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review and record invoices from vendors
  • Monthly invoicing process, ensuring transactions are processed in a timely manner
  • Prepare bank requests and wire information
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Review and process expense reports from employees
  • Maintain records of outstanding payables
  • Maintain and understand the various general ledgers for the management companies
  • Preparation of quarterly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and other accounting functions
  • Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation
  • Daily activities include journal entries in QuickBooks

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, A/P, or a related field
  • Fully bilingual
  • QuickBooks proficiency
